COLLECTING AND USING YOUR INFORMATION

In order to place an order through the Sweet Magnolia Photography Online Store we require some personal details, such as (but not limited to); your name, email address, residential address or address where goods are to be delivered, phone number, credit card details to process payment, etc. All credit card payments are processed through PayPal and are therefore covered by their security measures. If you have placed an order as a gift we will often also need the delivery details of your intended recipient.

 

This information is used by our production team to prepare your order to your specifications, and then used by our delivery team to get your order to its new home. Your information will not be shared with any other party.

 

COMMUNICATIONS

We may need to email you or call you if there are any problems with preparing or delivering your order, you will also receive email correspondence from us when your order is placed, when your order is shipped (if order is being posted), and once your order has been delivered. Other than these specified times you will only receive email correspondence from us if you have elected to do so via our mailing list, you will also have the option to opt out of such communications at any time.
